“I already have HubSpot — why would I need b2breachout?”
Because HubSpot and b2breachout solve two different problems. HubSpot manages and works the contacts you already have — from forms, website tracking and your own database. b2breachout finds companies that do not exist in HubSpot yet, scores them against your ideal customer profile, watches them weekly for buying signals and writes the first outreach. Neither replaces the other: b2breachout fills the funnel, HubSpot works it.
Two different jobs
HubSpot is a CRM with marketing and sales automation. Its strength is contacts that have already found their way to you: forms, website visits, newsletters, sequences, pipeline reporting. Everything HubSpot scores comes from your own database or from the behaviour of people who opened your website or your emails.
b2breachout starts one step earlier. You define your ideal customer profile in a dialogue (industries, size, region, exclusions, buying triggers) — and the platform searches for companies that match the profile but have never been in touch with you. The fit score comes with reasoning, every company has a source, and the list grows with every run. These are exactly the companies missing from your CRM, because your CRM cannot know them.
Where the companies come from
For Switzerland, b2breachout works with the official commercial register (Zefix): company name, legal form, seat, status — official and current. Add Google Places (address, phone, website), public web directories and the company website itself, which is analysed with evidence. Decision-makers are read from the commercial-register publications (SHAB), where management and board members appear with their official role. Optionally, Apollo.io adds contact data and company size. No purchased address lists.
HubSpot offers company and contact enrichment via Breeze Intelligence. It works once you have named a company or hold a domain in the CRM — it delivers firmographics for known records. Its database is globally oriented; Swiss SMEs, register roles or cantonal regions are thinly covered. Breeze does not find companies your CRM does not know yet, and it knows neither Zefix nor SHAB.
Buying signals instead of a static list
A list is most valuable on the day it is created and loses value every week after. That is why b2breachout watches the companies you mark as monitored every week from the outside: changes on the website (new jobs, new products, new management, new locations) and news about the company. Every signal is classified and delivers the reason why now is the right moment — and that reason flows straight into the draft.
HubSpot knows signals from the inside: who opened which email, visited which page, filled in which form. That is valuable for contacts you have already reached. About companies you have never contacted, HubSpot knows nothing — there is no website or news monitoring of third-party companies.
Swiss law is built in, not bolted on
HubSpot sequences are designed for mass outreach: automatic sending, follow-up chains, tracking pixels. In Switzerland, mass advertising without consent is prohibited under UWG Art. 3 para. 1 lit. o; what is permitted is individual, business-related B2B outreach with a correct sender, postal address and the possibility to decline. Running HubSpot sequences on cold contacts in Switzerland is thin ice and puts your own domain reputation at risk.
b2breachout deliberately sends nothing automatically. The platform creates drafts for email, LinkedIn, social DM and phone script; a human reviews, adapts and sends from their own mailbox. Postal address and opt-out notice are part of every email draft, objections go to a blocklist. Approved drafts become the style reference for the next ones. That is not a compromise but the design — and it fits the legal situation in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
This is not legal advice. Responsibility for each individual message remains with the sender; the platform provides the building blocks for compliant work.
Tailored to your business, not to the average
Your customer profile, positioning and criteria weights are created in a dialogue with the ICP coach and can be edited at any time. Example companies show, while you define, where your answers lead. Feedback on a run (“fewer architects, more suppliers”) changes the next run. Disqualified and contacted leads become learning examples.
HubSpot lead scoring rates existing contacts by engagement and properties you captured yourself. It cannot rate what it does not know — and it knows no company that has never interacted with you.
Complement, not replacement: how the systems work together
The sensible flow: b2breachout finds and qualifies the companies, researches decision-makers, delivers the signal and the draft. You send from your mailbox. As soon as a company replies or a meeting is set, you take it into HubSpot — where the further handling, reporting and pipeline run as usual.
There is no native HubSpot connector today. You take qualified leads over via data export or manually; for the few companies per week that actually become relevant, that is no bottleneck. On the Agency plan, API and MCP connections are available on request. Your CRM stays, and there is no parallel data trail.

When HubSpot alone is actually enough
When your problem is not finding but following up: enough inbound requests, a team that works them, gaps only in the process. Then b2breachout adds little. But if you need new companies every month that you do not know today — in Switzerland or in Germany, Austria, France, Italy — then HubSpot is the tool for afterwards, not for before.
The essentials in five points
- Different job: HubSpot manages contacts you have. b2breachout finds companies you do not have yet.
- Official data: commercial register and SHAB instead of a global database with thin Swiss coverage.
- Buying signals from the outside: weekly monitoring of third-party companies with the reason to reach out.
- Swiss law built in: drafts instead of auto-send, opt-out and blocklist, human approval.
- Complement: qualified leads move into the CRM. HubSpot stays, no parallel data trail.
